Currently the African Family Children's Fund is focusing our efforts on helping people at risk due to the recent locust infestation and drought, and the resulting famine and displacement of families in the West African countries of Burkina Faso, Mali, Mauritania and Niger. This is an emergency situation, over 5 million people are on the brink of starvation. Conditions are dire and thus we are making a special appeal for your assistance.NEWS OF FAMINE IN WEST AFRICA
